IOWA
Our farms are in SE Iowa, near the Illinois border. They are planted in corn, alfalfa, and soybeans, with typical wooded edge country making for perfect whitetail habitat. Our archery hunts are in November during peak rut providing an excellent opportunity for trophy buck encounters. Our gun hunts are post rut, with hungry bucks worn down from rutting activity looking for groceries, and maybe that one last hot doe. Southeast Iowa is as good as it gets in trophy deer hunting. The next buck you see walk out can be 190", and that's no overstatement. It's just truth.

TEXAS
We have a lot of different opportunities in the Lone Star state. The best option is to give me a call and discuss what you're looking for. We have a large number of hunts focusing on "management" bucks, which are mature deer that will score from 125-140 gross B&C. These bucks are trophies to 90% of our clients and won't break the bank. Hunts in the higher range of B&C score are also available. Call me and let's tailor a hunt for you, on a ranch that will meet your expectations and budget.

Management hunts-$2450 to $3500
Trophy hunts-$3750 + depending on ranch and amenities

MISSISIPPI
This is something new for us in the 2008/2009 season. We are excited to offer some new hunting country in the Magnolia State!

Hunts are limited in number, and will be focused on the rut which is usually early January. We can facilitate a few archery hunts early if you like, just call. This property is owned by a family that we have been friends with for many years. It has not been hunted, which should make for some surprises! Since placing mandatory antler point restrictions on hunters statewide 10 years ago, the buck population has grown dramatically. This is a moderately priced hunt with the chance of shooting a nice mature buck.

Pricing:
Three day hunt-$700, bow or gun, one buck per hunter, (additional days are $200 each)
*Lodging and meals are at hunter's expense. I will be on site providing assistance for the duration of your hunt. You must purchase a Mississippi hunting license
